> 01 // CASES

What can actually be recovered.

Recovery is a search problem. The more you remember, the smaller the search space — and the higher the odds.

[01] seed

Incomplete Seed Phrases

Missing words, wrong order, typos, or an uncertain 12th/24th word. BIP-39 checksums plus constrained brute force reduce billions of candidates to a testable set.

  • -> 1–4 missing or unreadable words
  • -> Scrambled or mis-transcribed order
  • -> Wrong wordlist / language
  • -> Forgotten BIP-39 passphrase (25th word)
[03] forensics

Damaged & Legacy Wallets

Old drives, corrupted files, and wallet formats nobody supports anymore. Disk-level carving and format reverse-engineering to pull keys back out.

  • -> Corrupted or truncated wallet files
  • -> Key carving from disk images
  • -> Deprecated 2011–2016 clients
  • -> Paper & brain wallet reconstruction
[04] derivation

"My Balance Disappeared"

Usually nothing is lost — the wallet is simply looking at the wrong derivation path or address type. A systematic path sweep finds the coins.

  • -> BIP-44 / 49 / 84 / 86 path sweeps
  • -> Legacy vs. SegWit vs. Taproot
  • -> Account & gap-limit scanning
  • -> Forked-chain balance claims
[05] hardware

Hardware Wallet Trouble

Locked, bricked, or firmware-stuck devices — and the migration back to a safe setup once your funds are reachable again.

  • -> Ledger / Trezor / KeepKey triage
  • -> PIN & passphrase strategy
  • -> Seed migration to a new device
  • -> Multisig & backup redesign
[06] claims

Exchange Collapse & Claims

FTX, Celsius, BlockFi, Mt. Gox: reconstructing your position, balances, and cost basis from statements, exports, and on-chain history for claims and tax.

  • -> Claim-portal data reconstruction
  • -> Trade history & balance forensics
  • -> Blockfolio / Delta portfolio rebuilds
  • -> Cost-basis & tax-ready ledgers
[07] tracing

Stolen Funds Tracing

Follow the money across hops, bridges, and mixers. You get an evidence pack your lawyer or law enforcement can actually use.

  • -> Transaction graph & cluster analysis
  • -> Bridge & swap hop-through mapping
  • -> Exchange-endpoint identification
  • -> Written report for legal filings
[08] consulting

Custody & Security Consulting

So it never happens twice. Backup schemes, inheritance planning, and second opinions before you move serious value.

  • -> Multisig & Shamir backup design
  • -> Inheritance & estate access plans
  • -> Scam & counterparty due diligence
  • -> Treasury custody review for teams
> 02 // METHOD

A forensic process. No black boxes.

You know the odds before you spend anything, and you keep control of your keys at every step.

[01]

triage

A confidential call. What wallet, what you remember, what artifacts exist. Free, no commitment.

[02]

feasibility

Written assessment within 48h: search space, realistic odds, cost, and time — or an honest "not recoverable".

[03]

recovery

Constrained key/password search on dedicated GPU hardware, with progress reports as candidates are eliminated.

[04]

handover

You unlock and move the funds yourself, guided step by step into a clean, secure setup. Artifacts are then destroyed.

// ON FEES

Triage and the feasibility report are free. From there you choose: a success-based fee — a percentage of what is recovered, paid only if you regain access — or transparent hourly consulting for tracing, claims, and security work. No "release fee", no "tax deposit", no crypto sent up front. If anyone ever asks you for that, it is a scam.

> 04 // TRUST

The recovery industry is full of scams.

Here is exactly how this engagement is different — and how to verify it.

> WHAT I DO

  • Tell you when a case is not recoverable, for free
  • Quantify the search space and odds in writing
  • Work from partial hints — never your full secret
  • Let you keep custody and sign every transaction
  • Sign an NDA and destroy artifacts on close
  • Charge on success, or transparently by the hour

> WHAT I NEVER DO

  • Ask for an upfront fee to "release" your funds
  • Ask you to send crypto to a "recovery wallet"
  • Request your complete seed phrase or private key
  • Guarantee recovery — cryptography does not work that way
  • Cold-DM victims on Telegram, X, or Reddit
  • Claim to "hack" exchanges or reverse transactions
// REALITY CHECK

A correctly generated 12-word seed you remember nothing about cannot be brute forced — not by me, not by anyone, not this century. Recovery works when there is structure to exploit: a partial memory, a damaged file, a wrong path, a bad transcription. If a provider promises certainty, walk away.

> 05 // FAQ

Straight answers.

? Do you need my seed phrase or private key?

No. Recovery work runs on what you have lost, not on what you still hold: the encrypted wallet file, a partial word list, the public address, or your recollection of a password pattern. Anyone who asks for a complete, working seed phrase is stealing from you.

? What does it cost?

Triage and the written feasibility report are free. Password and seed recovery is success-based — a percentage of recovered value, agreed in advance and paid only if you regain access. Tracing, claims support, and custody consulting are billed hourly or as a fixed-price engagement.

? How long does recovery take?

The feasibility report arrives within 48 hours. The search itself depends on the space: a handful of forgotten characters can fall in hours, while a wide password space may run for weeks on GPU hardware. You get progress reports and a defined stop point — no open-ended billing.

? Can stolen or scammed crypto be returned?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so nobody can simply "reverse" a theft. What is realistic is tracing: mapping where the funds went and identifying the exchange endpoints where they touched the regulated world. That evidence pack is what enables a freeze request through law enforcement or counsel — and it is the honest version of this service.

? How is my data handled?

Wallet files and hints are handled on isolated, encrypted, offline-first machines, never on shared infrastructure. NDA on request before you send anything. On case closure all artifacts are securely destroyed and you get written confirmation.

? Which wallets and chains do you cover?

Bitcoin and all EVM chains, plus Litecoin, Dogecoin, Solana, and most BIP-39-derived wallets: Bitcoin Core, Electrum, MetaMask, Trust, Exodus, Blockchain.com, MultiBit, Ledger, and Trezor. Unusual or legacy format? Ask — format reverse engineering is part of the job.
